Goat Simulator: MMOre GoatZ Edition is a combination of two expansions for the PC version of Goat Simulator released for the Xbox One as a standalone game, Goat MMO Simulator and GoatZ. The game has 4 player split-screen co-op and features tons of new content including weapon and item crafting, quite a few unlockable new goats with new mutators, 2 new maps, missions and even an inventory system. You can still cause the same chaos and destruction of original Goat Simulator in MMOre GoatZ but this time around, there's more to do overall.

MMO Simulator

Goat MMO simulates a fantasy MMO in a world complete with simulated players, an inventory system, quests you get by talking to NPCs, a leveling system with a cap of 101, a simulated chat and classes you get to choose from when you start it up like Hunter, Rogue & Microwave. Yes, I said Microwave. It's pretty much your typical MMO except the fact that you're the only player in the game and you're a goat.

Most of the missions in the game are fetch quests but there are a few other mission types that mix it up. None of them take very long to complete. There's also some kind of faction war going on between goats and sheep but I haven't ran into anything that really goes into what's going on with that. Though in your travels, you will see simulated players from both factions kicking the crap out of each other. The game also simulates the lag you see in MMO games, which I found quite hilarious. You'll run into another goat walking down a path then all of a sudden he's warped back 20 feet. Rinse and repeat.

GoatZ

If you couldn't tell from the title, GoatZ is about a zombie apocalypse that you cause. Turns out it's actually pretty easy to do also. You just need a zombie goat to go Baaa some green stuff on a few people and BAM, it's the beginning of the end. The main goal here is to survive for as many days as possible. You are forced to eat about every 5 minutes in order to stay alive, or undead or whatever....you're a zombie goat that needs to eat pizza, chips and brains to not die...again? There are mutators you can enable that turn off hunger and health though.

GoatZ also features weapon and item and fashion crafting. There are a total of 5 weapons you can craft to help with your survival like the Heartbreaker, which is a bow that turns zombies/people into hearts when shot and the Gumshot, which is a shotgun that shoots gumballs. The other 3 I'll let you discover. There's also these annoying ass naked dudes that will run up on you and take your crafted weapon and use it against you. Watch out for them. As for the survival items and faaashion, a few of the things I've crafted was a campfire, don't know what it does though, a scarf, don't know what that does either and I combined a roll of toilet paper and pack of sugar to make food.

Conclusion

Overall I found the MMOre GoatZ Edition to be much more fun than the original game. I'm not saying I didn't like the original Goat Sim, I did, but one of the things I thought multiple times was I wish there was more to do, like missions or something. MMOre GoatZ delivered that. I really don't have anything negative to say about this game. It contains all of the mindless, stupid fun from the original but with more variety in things to do. If you liked Goat Sim, you will like this game.
