NBA 2K16 To Include Multiple College Teams

According to ESPN's Sports Business Reporter, Darren Rivell, NBA 2K16 will be adding 10 college basketball teams from the NCAA.

According to Rivell, 2K has gotten licensing deals directly from the teams themselves, and not the NCAA. The ten teams in question are: Arizona State, Arizona, UConn, Georgetown, Louisville, Michigan, Texas, UCLA, Villanova, and Wisconsin.

There is also an unverified rumor that Kansas is also licensed with 2K.

This will be the first official basketball game to include college teams since College Hoops 2K8 in 2007 and EA's NCAA Basketball 10 in 2009. 2K has yet to confirm or deny these claims. Stay tuned for an official word.
