Super Rude Bear Resurrection Coming to Xbox One and PS4

Super Rude Bear is super rude. Hailed as a "masocore" platformer that anyone can beat. After dying, your dead body permanently stays behind which can then be used as a platform and other various uses to help you complete a puzzle. In this way, the game adapts to your skill level by making it easier as more and more dead bodies pile up. But if you're good enough, you can complete the game without dying.

The genre Masocore according to Giant Bomb:
Masocore (a portmanteau of "masochism" and "hardcore") is a theoretical video game sub-genre specifically designed to frustrate players by combining complex game mechanics with intense, seemingly impossible difficulty in special "trial and error" scenarios. Characteristics of masocore games include infinite lives (forcing players to retry sections of the game over and over in order to proceed), twitch gameplay, and confusing (and often conflicting) goals. Most popular in postmodern indie games, masocore games usually fall under the 2D platformer genre (though some bullet hell games often double as masocore games).

Rude Bear is a gangster bear from East London who’s summoned back in time to medieval England by his mortal nemesis, The Wizard, and forced to overcome challenges that are so lethal he’ll (probably) need to be resurrected hundreds of times to stand any chance of getting out.
