Six Quick and Easy Gamerscore Games on Xbox One

Looking for some fast & easy gamerscore on Xbox One? Here's 6 of the easiest games to get the full 1000 gamerscore out of on the system. Each game on this list costs less than $20 USD, and the entire 1000 gamerscore can be nabbed in 5 hours or less per game.

A top-down action game. You're basically a ninja squirrel running around each level collecting acorns while avoiding enemies. It's pretty much a ripoff of Pac-Man. It's a very easy game and should take no more than 2 - 3 hours to complete if you're following the achievement guide and roadmap (LINK). It's also one of the cheapest games on the Xbox One at $6.49 USD. You can purchase it HERE

I find Nutjitsu to be pretty boring and would not recommend it unless easy gamerscore is what you are after.

A side-scrolling, puzzle solving, platforming adventure game with a lot of character interaction pretty much describes Stick it to the Man. You play as Ray, a dude that wakes up after an accident one day with a pink noodle arm thing sticking out of his head. You use the arm to solve puzzles, navigate between platforms and to read minds among other things. It takes about 3 - 4 hours to get the 1000gs with the roadmap, located HERE, and costs $9.99 USD. Xbox Store.

I really enjoyed this game. It's puzzles aren't frustratingly hard, the visual style is awesome and the humor in the game is actually funny.

4. Contrast
Contrast is a platform/puzzle game where you can use shadows to move between a 3D & 2D world. You play as Dawn, the imaginary friend of a young girl named Didi, and you work with Didi to solve puzzles, but you do most of the work. Contrast costs $14.99 USD (Purchase here) and takes around 2 -4 hours to complete. The roadmap is Here.

Another game I enjoyed. It has a cool atmosphere, and interesting story and decent controls.

Never alone is another side-scrolling, puzzle-platformer. You play as a young, alaskan native girl (Nuna) and an arctic fox. You're basically playing a story as it's being narrated and you switch between the two to solve the puzzles in the game. It has a $14.99 USD price tag, buy HERE, and takes around 3 hours to complete with the  Achievement Guide.

Overall it's a decent game. It controls well and when it comes to the story in a game, exploring the culture and folklore of Alaskan natives was a breath of fresh air.

Not much to say about this one besides it's Monopoly and you can get this game on a disc, Monopoly Family Fun Pack for $29.99 USD, but it's cheaper to buy digitally. $14.99 USD. Xbox Store. It takes about 1 hour to complete with the guide (Link).

Like I said, it's Monopoly, but it's a quick and easy 1000gs!

Another World, also known as Out of This World, is a remastered version of the action/platformer that originally released in 1991. By remastered, I mean the graphics are smoother, looks the same other than that. It is in HD though! It has remastered sound as well. It takes about 1 hour to complete with the roadmap (Link), and costs $7.99 USD, available Here

This game was a trip down memory lane for me. I spent hours as a child trying to beat it but could never get beyond the caves. After playing the re-release on Xbox One, I now know how much I sucked at video games when I was young.

Notes:
If you're a Playstation 4 gamer and want some easy trophies, all of these games, except Nutjitsu, are available on PSN.

There are games that were left off of this list that are just as easy, e.g. The Walking Dead Series, but take longer than 5 hours or require extra equipment to complete, e.g. #IDARB, which takes about an hour to complete but uses the Kinect for some achievements.

If you decide to buy the Monopoly Family Fun Pack, it comes with another Monopoly game, Monopoly Deal, that has it own 1000g for a total of 2000g but all of the achievements are unlocked online and it takes longer. About 3-5 hours depending on luck and if you have a boosting partner. Monopoly Deal is also available on the Xbox Store and it's cheaper than Plus, $4.99 USD. If you want both, I recommend buying them separately on the Xbox store to save yourself about $10.

  1. I just need to play the games I own already. However Contrast seems like a good game, so I might have to add that to the backlog.

  2. Actually the free Gold-game Fast and the Furious gives you 1000gs in just under an hour ! I did it in 51 minutes and basicly you just need to floor it on every challenge. Driving is easy and there are no secret challenges
